I never thought about eating according to blood type I'm going to research this. I been wanting to start a serious change in diet. I exercise but it doesn't mean shyt if your diet is trash.

It's intriguing, I've been told by folks I work with that this type of dieting is unproven and outright garbage...that only makes me even more curious to further test it out.

The science behind it is logical and I understand the resistance to it from a medical professionals standpoint. I'm a big DAIRY dude..ice cream, butter, milk, etc..I've noticed throughout the years that my weight has never been constant even though I eat moderately and I've had to adjust my workouts to keep myself from ballooning. More recently, I've noticed that I'm encountering thyroid issues.. believe it or not, I blame that for my pattern baldness cause the shyt doesn't run in my family, on either sides.

I've been doing for about a month..my appetite has changed even more so, I do smaller portions and eat only a couple times a day. Constantly inhaling water..can't drink tea or coffee like I'd want to. I snack on almonds and banana chips through the day.. the best thing is waking up feeling energized, I LOVE that feeling when I can go full speed without the lag.

The problem I'll have upcoming is whether or not I want to put on more muscle or go lean like I was 10 years ago. I miss being able to wear slimmer suits and casual wear, like @CoochieMane was talking about..I can't wear them tight ass shirts without looking like Wesley Snipes in To Wong Foo..

People will always find something to hate on without doing any research beforehand. My problem is trying to cut back on fast food and eating sweets like cookies or cake. I love any food with chocolate in it.

The thing with me, is I got to eating so much junk one year that I had to buy new clothes again and my weight has slightly fluctuated through my 20s-30s. I can't afford to put on any serious weight at 19-20 I was almost at 170lbs at 5'5. The weight was killing my legs.

I'm not trying to eat myself into bad health (I already have physical issues I was born with) and I can't take any excess weight. I just want to build a strong core and have more energy.
