If someone around you is struggling with depression or anxiety, pour into them with positivity. Show them love and friendly affection by holding their hand or just giving them a hug. Be a listening ear instead of turning them away or saying "it will get better".

They may be hopeless or emotionally tired/drained from putting all of their energy into everything else that they reach a point where in a world of give they run out...no one is there to pour into them because they are too busy with their hands out. Let them know how much they mean to you and that you'll be their support to find their way out of that darkness.

Just be their to lessen the pains and stress of whatever is bothering them. Be a friend. Reassure them. Support them and not just for that moment but as much as possible afterwards.

I don't have any friends to share this with so imma just drop it here and hope someone will find it useful.
