It depends on the situation but going back to my childhood I was in some that consist of nearly punching my way out but got squashed because a 3rd party got involved. At my age now, I rather talk my way out I hate confrontation.

It's possible. Not really a concern of mine. Not like my unclogged arteries thanks to my lack of obesity. my health is more important and the obesity rates in the U.S. are pretty high.
