I understand it lol. It means he feels like you're their possession. They feel the own a piece of your essence. For example when I love someone I don't want their body I want their heart. I want to own that because that's what really defines a person's loyalty. Yeah you can fukk another man and give him your body but you cant give him your heart. I'll always have a impact on you and your life because I touched something deeper in you than just your body. Sex is meaningless but I want that emotion cause that means you'll always love me to a degree and I'll always be connected to you.. But that's just my scorpio meaning lol. It's harmless in my defintionWhy would someone say they "own" me but they don't even really want anything to do with me?

However he does own you because you're thinking about him. He owns your mind. Also when he feels owns you that means he feels he can treat you any kind of way. And you'll always come back to him when he's ready. He is gonna do what he wants and when he is ready he'll come back like a old toy or video game he wants to play again after a month. That's why he says he owns you but is ignoring you atm.

If it's anything I learned from being on this site in a short period of time I have learned that not everyone can relate to me and I can't relate to everyone. I've learned I have so far to go in dealing with ppl and I've always been behind the curve in dealing with my peers or people in general.

I can dislike you greatly but still desire you for some type of ulterior purpose.
Negative energy instantly recognizes and gravitates towards positive to feed off of it anyway it can. There's probably something attractive about you that they can't let go of, which is dangerous for you.
