I'm learning pretty quickly what being a leader entails. You can't passively give an order aka asking if someone minds doing a task. Of course they mind, just be direct.

I think in order to be a "true leader" you have to be some what of a sociopath or have some sociopath traits.

Lol and that's exactly what I did yesterday. I asked someone to do something and then asked if he mind and he responded "I do but I don't have a choice"

I mean there are levels, but to be a leader in the business world you have to lack a certain empathy and shame to really make strides. Not saying you gotta be crazy lol, but you be able to turn certain emotions and feelings on and off.
