So just found out I have 2 relatives coming down for Xmas, I wasn't planning on getting them anything but now I will get them both gift cards from Macy's for like $30 or $40

I suggest

Orajel
I know you don't drink, but letting higher proof alcohol sit on your tooth numbs it for a while.
Make an appointment to the dentist and get some antibiotic's at least. Ask for pain pills, they might or might not give it to you
Peppermint, Or Lemon Extract soaked on a cotton ball and on the tooth.
Ibuprofen, Advil or Motrin
