When I was in elementary school I came across a picture much like this. It was interesting to me how muscles looked like meat and spaghetti. The first thing I thought of was a torture device that would skin the person alive in a certain area, throw salt or acid on the wound (in a very robotic, jerky fashion for visual effect), and then proceed to peel off a strand or slab of muscle piece by piece, throwing salt or acid onto the wounds at regular intervals. Once the subject passed out, a needle filled with Adrenaline would be injected into their genitalia to awaken them in the most painful way imaginable and the torture would continue for a predetermined amount of time. I would eventually call this device the Liggins Pull and Peel.
