Sometimes I get really depressed the night before going back to work. I think 3 day weekends need to have Friday as the day off...Monday just throws you back into the week head first.
This was the most boring Labor Day ever. This year I stayed in town for Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the 4th and all of them were wack. Back to traveling on 3 day weekends it is.
Two bedroom units that are similar to mine are renting for $2500-2700/month...mine are priced at $2000
I'm actually hoping one of my tenants doesn't want to renew their lease

First time I've ever been so unsure of the future. I always knew where I was headed in life until now. This is kinda scary being so uncertain of tomorrow.
