Two of my older male cousins had medical crises in the past week

One apparently needs some kind of bypass

The other had a stroke, both late 40s

Getting old is wild when health shyt gets real

Cousin who had a stroke took an edible…in the brain trauma ward

Permanently delusional about where he is in life fr but still cons women into believing he’s some kind of baller (it’s ALL my aunts stuff including where he lives “rent free”)

I do I lightly rinse it in vinegar to take of the raw taste.

That sounds fine and like a decent way to separate some of the fat

I basically dilute vinegar in water but it's ground meat it clearly don't need all that cleaning prep like we do with other cuts of meat.
