My younger sister (on my mother's side) has definitely jumped on that divestor wave.
I just overheard her talking to my mother about how she wouldn't date a Black man from this generation because of generational trauma and that Black men hate Black women and are colorist .

Aside from not being able to fall back asleep after waking up 4 and being unable to fall back asleep,the left side of my hip going towards my back is irritating me while sitting at my job. didnt do cardio yesterday. Gonna try to go on breakneck ridge again tomorrow to get my cardio climbing on again. Need to go to REI to get some hiker shorts and non dett bug spray. Tolerance break starts tomorrow.
