Mind you… I NEVER put in maintenance requests because I don’t like strange men in my home…but my bathroom sink has been draining slowly for awhile
I put in a maintenance requests on Tuesday and I get a text from the maintenance company telling me I can go get a tool from the front office and they will walk me through fixing it remotely
WTF am I paying rent for
they prolly gonna give you a snake, or you can buy your own from the dollar store. probably hair, gunk and other debris is in there. It's definitely a DIY thing instead of callin maintenance. If that doesn't work then it's worth calling them in

The training period is like 3-5 weeks tops if you're strongly reinforcing the lessons. I got a puppy during the pandemic and taught him how to ring a bell when he had to use the bathroom. Only thing that sucked was he started abusing it cuz he knew it meant going outside
I wasn't even a dog person, but i built a bond and he saw me as the alpha, always followed me, listened even though he was stubborn breed (english bulldog). You gotta be patient if you decide to get a dog lol
