you ever notice how in America you never see any stray dogs/ homeless dogs

but take yo ass outside right now and drive up down street I bet you see plenty of cold homeless people

My pops said that they used see alot of stray dogs back in the day. But one day some sort of sweeping reform passed and everyone was forced to lock their dogs up or keep them chain.
Stray dogs were rounded and put into the pound, put down. People got tired of them strays roaming our streets and put a stop to it.
If you see a stray nowadays he gets reported quick
