Yurrrrrrrrrr
There's a difference between an introvert and being anti-social.
Introversion = internal energy. Pretty much, people getting their energy from alone time.
Extroversion = externalize energy. Projecting that energy onto others.
Some say that it's nature, some say it's nurture. It's both. Most people are ambiverts depending how comfortable they are. Trust.
Personally, I was raised as a reserved dude. Started developing vocal skills around age 3. Wasn't until middle school/high school, I became class clown/wallflower. Still lowkey but folks tend to admire the laidback persona.
Being shy used to suck though. It felt like...you want to talk but the mouth isn't cooperating. Gawddamit mouth!
We should understand there's a lot of variables that affect a person's communication skills. Anxiety, diet, etc.
Anti Social is more related to ASPD.
