Just remembered the banana I took with me to work fell under my passenger seat this morning. I saw it happen and I figured, “I’ll get it later.” I’m once again saying I’ll get it later because I’m already in the couch with a drink in my hand. Somebody remind me tomorrow

I prefer being outside but I can’t do cold at all. I mean I could, it’s just more prep. Different clothing to invest in and stuff like that. Then my feet get cold and my anxiety turns the situation into hypothermia. Can’t tell me I’m not lost and stranded a mile from home.
You’re right though, better to get it now. I’ll try to narrow it down over the weekend. Biking sounds nice!!

Like I said earlier..
The last couple of weeks of the Trump Administration, there was a flurry of movements by Trump and Pompeo in leaving “political claymores” that have boxed in Biden/Harris politically with the Pentagon working autonomously in pursuing an ever escalating approach in aggressive diplomacy against China. Biden was caught off guard by the stonewalling by the Military and have only now found out that the gravity of the situation politically..now they’re trying to figure out the best way forward without cutting their own throats.
The US political machinery has collapsed; as far as the public is concerned..there is nothing wrong as long as they see “images” and “sounds” that go with a “working” executive branch of Government. Biden’s term is going to be short, unremarkable and disappointing; a lot of adverse things are going to coincide with the increasing and apparent weakness in the Federal Government.
1.) Financial collapse; before they call up for a 1930s type bank holiday once the dollar falls off..the signs will show up as runaway inflation in regards to energy and food, which is in progress now. This will be further aided by ridiculous weather or some bullshyt overseas.
2.) Cold War II transitioning to World War; this is already in progress; the US is trying to get better positioning in SE Asia in preparation to turn that entire region into a major theatre of combat. Pay attention to the news. The President of the Philippines is playing hardball with the US right now cause the US wants to establish bases there and Myanmar was Chinese op to cut off US influence and presence there..pieces are moving rapidly.
3.) Social polarization, collapse and unrest; The US will be Balkanized; I’d recommend folks read up on the modern history of the Balkans to see what awaits here. I know at RAND..there was discussions at what could be done to drive a majority of the white population out of the southeast to areas like the Dakotas, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado for population management.

This is a book I want to read or listen to in the near future.
Some of the things I heard the author talking about in an interview were very interesting.
She gave one story of how Montgomery shut down their entire zoo cause of integration. They were like either its gonna be only white or nobody gets to see the animals. So in turn everyone suffers because of the racism.
She said the same thing happened with Montgomery and their fancy extravagant city swimming pools. They filled them up with dirt and paved over them so nobody could swim cause blacks were going to be able to swim.
I already knew that racism holds the entire country back (looks at southern states
) but i wanna see some examples and numbers and context.
