I went grocery shopping and there was the sweetest lady in the grocery store going around giving all the workers roses and reciting scripture telling everyone God bless you . What a beautiful soul :wow:

Body is readjusting to the loss in weight.

Start some type of resistance training as you're losing weight to help with keeping your skin tight as you get slimmer.. This, along with staying hydrated, will help your body naturally find a "taut" shape as the pounds shed ("no loose, jiggly skin").

If you don't want to waste money at a gym..use your own weight to create resistance. Hindu squats and push ups will get you right fairly quick imo.
Yea I'm introducing food into my system today, but starting light with just chicken. Lil bro already getting ready to drill my ass into workout submission starting tomorrow
