You maybe should cut the skin flap off with STERILIZED scissors if it's only skin. Wash it, put a little antibiotic ointment on it and wrap it lightly with gauze for a few hours and then let breathe a few hours and repeat. If it's where your carpals bend, make a makeshift splint to keep it straight while it's healing. Or just cut the whole finger off.
