What I expected to be true is, got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, the kind that puts you out permanently like it did Carrie fisher so I’ll be getting that cpap mask real soon. Was able to get recertifications for work since they see I am following their guidelines cause you can legit lose your DOT card if you don’t.

In not so depressing news I’ve lost 5 pounds and blood pressure is down significantly which is good

so just gonna keep going forward from here
