Meanwhile the culprit was the backwater valve, the pressure of the flooding water was so strong and my mother hasn't had it serviced in two years and the shyt had no chance against that level of flooding that happened last night. This is why I don’t like State Farm..they bare bones their policies to make it as financially appealing as possible.

A proper agent would’ve added AUTOMATICALLY a water backup endorsement to the policy especially if the age of the home is over 20-30 years old. Make sure they add that shyt on pronto..it’s a relatively cheap coverage to have.
