Finally did my bodyweight on bench@190 for 3 reps. Considering I worked in the 155 rep range for the past few weeks, thats the most ive ever lifted and it was effortless even after pullups, inclines @135, and OHP @110. It was a light day but I broke my limits. I dont care much for benching but it looks like I can realistically do 225 for reps by summer if I keep this up.
