In real estate but I do not handle it.

How are you doing? How's the health?

Health wise, much better. Have pretty much made a full recovery with no medications.

Financially and job wise. Living the life of a peasant.

:salute:Blessing.

Only advice I can give is, figure out where you want to go with your career with a plan. I believe you are in IT right? A lot of this will sound cliche but it's honestly the only way to change your existence.

Be patience - it may take 12 months of studying to make a career change, for some it takes 3-6 months. The hardest part is doing it everyday after long work hours.
Get away from your place of comfort, you cannot break cycles sitting in the same place - if it means hitting up your local library or coffee shop to study do it.
Create a plan, short term plan and long term plan (write daily on your progress) - look up the title or skill you want to learn, then find where you can find that source of information.

If it solely financial, learn a simple skill that people do not want to do. Use all free platforms to market yourself. If you learn how to mount TV's and charge 100, you can easily average 1-3 TV's per day. All this life is, doing the same skilled task over and over.

If there is anything else, pm me. I'll answer when I'm on here.

What I have to do is a whole life change that's going to take time due to time wasted.

First with getting a formal education so I can stop doing peasant work.

Maybe go get certifications first? You'll have a higher income, consistent work looking for said certifications.
Then proceed with school too plus you can pay it while you go instead of collecting debt.
