Thanks. I did wing chun kung fu for 3 years that's where the squaring and uneven weight distribution come from. Trying to break the habit.I never posted in this thread before so when I seen the alert I was like
but nah fam you good. Nice snap on the punches and you got leverage on everything. I just think you lean over forward a lil bit too much. Like your stance should be more balanced with an equal amount of weight spread out on both feet. That's really my only critique. You do square up a bit with the full guard, but you have your feet at the right angle so that's cool. As long as you move your head when you spar and don't lean over too much for the counter uppercut you good.
