My bad, been away. But Charlotte is great. I’ve made several posts about it, but I love it. Friendly city, good economy that lines up with the col, integrated, lots of black middle class people doing well out here, very family oriented. Enough to do so that you aren’t bored, not super slow, but not fast paced. I feel like it’s just right. Plenty of black people too. And it’s decent nightlife and events for blacks and families. What is your take on it as an emerging metro city for black folks? I love my city but It might be better to move to raise a fam. Problem is my girl has bad memories of NC.

Good to know. I hate driving tbh. I will look more into the mass transit.Hmmm. I’m a car suburban woman. I know Charlotte does have a train, but the transit system is nowhere near what you get in nyc, Chicago, or Philly or other bigger cities. You need a car here. I do have friends who work in the city who regularly catch the train. They have no complaints
