Take BCAA for recovery and eat boiled eggs, fruits, vegetables and oatmeal.
BCAA? I usually go at night after I eat dinner (I try not to eat heavy and if I do I wait 90 minutes before going), so maybe oatmeal. If not, I’ll look into some shakes or something

BCAA is for recovery. It's basically amino acids for the muscles. If you're working out at night, eat oatmeal an hour prior and drink some black coffee or a preworkout then take a protein shake and eat some fruit after. What you eat is vital to the energy you get.
