The gym is really helping with my mood and curbing my depressive cycle, and using the fitbod app and a pre-workout is helping with pushing me in there and keeping momentum.
Issue is I just found out I have to take protein afterwards for “recovery” purposes. I literally didn’t know this and it’s probably why my body is sore for almost a week on end. It’s just hard finding protein snacks without nut products
Idk whether to go again tomorrow or give my body a damn break. I just don’t wanna lose this streak.
