The fall off ain't nothing to play with

The craziest thing about DeVante is how quickly he fell off.

Like bruh was at the top of his game from 90' to 96' and then he drastically fell off and then just disappeared the later part of the 90's.

He would pop up here and there randomly on shyt but he was basically absent after 96'.

That pic of him and the rest of Jodeci at the first annual BET awards was the first time most people had seen him since the 90's. And he was high as fukk that night. I remember they presented OutKast with an award and bruh was high as hell.

It's also crazy Jodeci only had a 3 album run. I mean, they had a huge impact on R&B but their initial run was still too short.

But yeah, drugs ain't shyt.

Edit just found this old interview they did with MTV back in 2006

The comeback album was suppose to be a double album

"It's incredible," JoJo said of the album. "It's the Jodeci sound, but ... If you heard our second and the last half of Hotel, it's like the bridge between the second and third albums. There's 17 cuts — it's a double CD."
