It’s hard work. My advice is to get into management or go to school for something.

But I assume your just a young man working and doing that already.

In school for programming——management would be the move man I know how things are supposed to operate so that the ultimate goal can be achieved. My main problem with the wearing many hats is the people FOR those positions don’t hustle hard enough, so I’ll be placed to fix their wrongs. I’m good at every area I get placed in because I been doing kitchens for 5 years or so but it’s just a mental battle I’d say. Ego and pride like I’m above this I shouldn’t be doing this. I try not to allow that interference
