- Bathe daily at least once in a day. Don’t use harsh soaps. Also don’t use soap for longer. If possible, use soaps with natural ingredients.
- Do not wear unwashed clothes. Always wash your clothes once you have used them.
- Closed feet in shoes that are there for long time can give rise to bacteria and fungi leading to odour. Do not wear tight shoes. Also avoid wearing shoes for longer. Try wearing open sandals too.
- Remove unwanted hair from armpit and other body parts where you get more sweat. Hair traps sweat and are breeding grounds for bacteria.
- Manage your stress and anger. They lead to more production of sweat.
- Keep yourself dry. Moist body promotes growth of bacteria. Dry the skin fold properly after bath or when you wash them.
- Wear breathable clothing to avoid trapping of sweat and moisture.

Pool funds.Man.... I'm working so hard and I just keep getting setbacks man...
you'll pool your money together and take it in turns for one individual to use X amount of the pool fund at one given time.
members in my immediate family do this and it works.
you pool funds whilst living within your means for a few months then when it's your turn you buy or do the things you want/need in order to live comfortably.
This way the stressors from life making you feel like you need a better job or circumstances are damn near diminished.
It works 100% but ONLY DO THIS WITH YOUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY OR CLOSE FRIENDS IF MUST BE. Do not mix a pool fund including friends and family as the closeness of relationships can ruin things especially if there's a falling out which is why it's better to do it with close family as that's less likely to happen. Never do this with acquaintances or strangers (ie a friend's pool fund with his/her friends etc).
