For the new year, I’m giving up cigarettes and vaping e-liquid. I got the patch. This thing is like

I’m getting so much nicotine all day (the patch lasts 24 hours), I don’t even want to smoke. I can’t handle anymore

3 more weeks of stage 1, then 2 weeks of stage 2 (half the nicotine), and 2 weeks of stage 3 (half of the half of nicotine). Nice bonus is that it’s only $50 every two weeks. I was spending $70 a week on Juul pods



Let’s hope this works. Although, nicorette might be trying to get me addicted to their patches
