I'm slowly realizing that this job is not for me to enjoy or be good at, but just get paid while I find something I'm actually good at and want to do. Learn to be patient, not complain and properly use a stepping stone to get to the next phase in life. Having steady income for 3 years isn't bad, but it won't be a growth experience, just cruise control while everything else comes together. I have to be mindful of this everyday because I can see me stressing myself out over the boredom. That's why everyone is on some chill, 2 hour lunch shyt. I really just wanted a full day of work and for that time whizzing by quickly unlike now when I'm counting every half hour. My contracting office clearly is new at this and provides ZERO direction, but wants me to submit a status report weekly. You know I didn't do anything because you haven't given me shyt to do.
