Had this weird interview with the CMO of a company last week, in the middle she goes sidebar and just starts giving me career advice. I really liked her and valued her candidness, toward the end of the interview I just up and asked her if she’d be open to staying in touch/being a mentor to me. I don’t meet many people who I truly want guidance from or want to emulate, but she was one. Just a great energy, frank, great career experiences and a person full of goood advice. Hoping she really does allow me to keep in touch.
