Just stay cool calm collected. The key with dealing with disgruntled customers is beating them through wit, not attitude. The one thing an angry person hates the most is someone who is staying calm and cool while they are blowing up. Whenever I get a shytty attitude client, I stay doing this and they fukking hate it. And I love every bit of it plus you don't fukk with your job security.
