My fraud ass brother has been finessing my deceased father's estate unbeknownst to my siblings and I AND using our names and false information to do it. My friend hipped me to an estate search for Maryland that I didn't know about, so I decided to look up my father's name and was surprised to see recent activity on it. He's been dead over 12 years! The activity is listed out by rows, documents associated and a brief summary of what the documents are. Imagine my surprise when I see my name along with the words "change of address". Ordered copies and the MF been using false addresses for my siblings and I, then lying about distributing payments he's been receiving for an asbestos case because my father was a longshoreman. I'm heading to the register of wills this morning to sort this out. I'm nervous and afraid at the same time.
