I just saw a position open for a company I interviewed with Friday. It's for a director and I'm going to apply for that shyt, like I've ever directed something in my life. The interview went well, but the salary was a concern, although the woman said she didn't want salary to be the reason she didn't bring on someone. I sent her a proposal to change the title of the position, which commands a greater salary in the industry but also addresses some of the concerns I felt she had when we talked. We will see how that goes.

I feel unsettled and almost angry but I'm trying to channel that energy into something else. More positive. I feel "off".
