Hear Hear brother. It's crazy man, fast food companies also ride the health wave. They make me addicted to their food, under cut all healthy alternatives, and then they want to go green to trick consumers to keep buying their poison. They knowingly create a problem and offer the solution. They profit from creating a problem and providing a resolution. It's deep man.Good post breh. People shouldn't be mad at people who don't work out, they should be mad at these fast food restaurants, and the way America as a whole making it a hard choice on buying healthy food. They probably ashamed at how America looks compared to other countries, but they rather pick on the same people who are being abused by how things are running here. I live in small town in the country a lil bit, but we got two fukking McDonald's about 10 mins away from each other. 10 mins away breh. I go into the city down south about 50 miles away and the city got like 4 to 6 different McDonald's.All within about 15 miles away. Corporations out here abusing people's minds and nobody don't care because they want they "happy food" in 10 minutes. shyt is ridiculous breh.
Don't get me wrong, I want everyone to be at a healthy weight, but that weight depends on many factors and lifestyle is a big one. I just want fat people to stop letting people bully them into living an unhealthy lifestyle. It's not healthy to associate weight with beauty. And it's not sensible or healthy for people to expect everyone to make the gym a lifestyle.
LOL somebody called me fat! I know you've never seen me but this guy called me "skinny fat" that's some psychotic shyt. Think about that for a second. I'm clearly fit, I'm in shape. But this gym rat motherfukker was trying to bully me into working out until I look the way other people want me to.
Long story short, have a body that fits your lifestyle. We all don't need to look like fitness models and we're all not wired to look like that. Even when I played comp sports I never had muscles. I weighed 142 and I'm 5'10 and I was killing motherfukkers. I put on body mass after sports because being that skinny didn't fit me living a regular life.

I read about 10 hours straight today. And then I randomly surf Youtube. I come across NoJumper and there was a video about a rap group having a meet and greet. The audience was 80 percent children and 20 percent teenage white women. The entire video consisted of incoherent English.
Holy shyt, I finally get why people sometimes don't want to socialize with certain people in life. You get nothing out of it.
