I was going to start a thread a few weeks ago on this convo I had at the bar with a white man that turned out to be VP of a major company here in Houston.

We started talking about rich black entertainers and business men and interracial marriage. He said black men with non black women are weak, confused, and NOT RESPECTED. He doesn’t like doing business with them. They want to be white and do anything and go along with what people tell them. But when he meets a black man with a black wife it’s nothing but respect. They know who they are and what they want. They are strong and confident in & out the boardroom. Their confidence oozes off them and we (white confident business men) want to do business with them. Said you can’t help but not to respect black men like that.

Listening to Pac's greatest hits and smoking blunts always gets me in my feelings. I miss my nikkas man. I hope everyone makes it and God bless the dead who didn't make it out the hood. It's sad to think about young black people that didn't make it to 25, won't leave the hood, or got caught up. My big homie got shot. The doctor told him he would never walk again and he taught himself how to walk. He walked out of the hospital. He got injured at work and they refused to pay him so he went back to hustling. He has a felony too.

There's so much pain in the hood. Hella talent too, but there aren't enough productive opportunities for everyone. I had an opportunity and I rode it till the wheels fell off and kept it moving. I just gotta a couple things I need to handle and I'll be straight.
