Mine does that and I have to reset my router to get it to connect

Might be having DNS issues, usually that happens when you have your stuff connected dynamically instead of having a static ip. The router makes a temporary ip and sometimes it can assign the same one to different shyt causing a problem similar to this.

I'd suggest setting your ps4 and other stuff to a static IP, or go wired with a ethernet cable cause this happens much less frequently when wired.
