I'm so mad. Video interview at 12 and I was going to get my hair cut first. My friend called me talking about I need to go to her daycare by 9:30 because the person from childcare is there and they are doing a pop-up inspection.

The thing is, she asked me to work today from 1-6, I told her I had to leave at 5 and if she could call the ONE boy's mom and ask her to pick him up from the other center that closed at 6. She decided to close the entire center for the day, bring those 5 kids down from the other center which took her over her capacity for kids for the day. Why would you do all that if all you had to do was let one parent know the deal? Instead you created a whole lie about the BGE having problems and fukked yourself. LOL you called 5 different sets of parents, over ONE kid?!?!? That doesn't even make sense.

She seem like a liability.

I think that some black people start businesses based on knowledge of their product or service, but not of operations. Being that I worked in Corporate America and with budgets, I'm trying to get her to understand the importance of organizing it, but when people hear corporate they fall back.

I hear you... I think that youre right. Black ppl can sometimes have this tske it or leave it attitude, realizing that theyre restraining their growth and their companys growth .Ppl in general as well.

I mean how you gonna get someone to see life globally if they dont even wanna leave their block.

I know that's my problem. How do i refresh my batteries? I feel like over the weekend my ex drained my batteries with her games n which i spoke too much
