I grew up in South Georgia but I didn’t develop a southern drawl for some reason and I used to hate it. I got my knuckle game up at a young age because I talked “white”.

I’m super thankful now, not talking down on people with drawls I’m just glad I don’t have it, and I’ve lived all over the place so I picked all kinds of slang. People never know where I’m from.
