I did my own crochet hair with faux dreads, and I'm ready to never pay anyone to do my hair again. The packs of dreads were only 5.99 and I only needed 4 packs. I wouldve paid 100 to have someone else install them for me. Easy to put in, easy to take out. I think I'll keep crocheting my hair and give myself a break from my weaves(a.k.a hair hats).

Yeeees! How long did it take you? I'm growing my hair out and I basically had a taper fade, so the sides and back were a lot shorter than the middle. It was too short for me to cornrow it at the time, but I will definitely go the crochet route when It grows some more. I'll never do braid extensions again, because I hate the hair and it took way too long. This will probably be my go-to style while I'm growing it out

True my bad, she did mention the struggle and the fact she could be vengeful and dark. I wish I knew how to cornrow My homegirl did that for me tho.

Only took me about 2 hours. And since it was dreads, you can space them out more or else it’ll be too full and puffy(unless that’s that look you want). Just put them closer together towards the front and around your edges. I’m going to try kinky twist next. For straight hair, I still think its best to get that sewn in tho.
