Skinny guys pay attention.




I realized being skinny is truly a great thing. If you want to workout to get muscle, sure you have to be consistent BUT youll get shredded easier and faster than everyone else.

I myself , already seeing some improvements. I been doing pushups for the past 4-5 days and my Arms, and chest / shoulders are getting there :blessed:



Another 2 months and ill be ripped :wow:
