Very embarrassed to be depressed at work. I feel as if my coworkers know that I was depressed sleeping throughout the week during the weekend without me telling them that shyt. I would rather other people not know about that shyt especially when most people will judge and say some shyt to only make me feel worse.

I doubt they know, but I understand where you’re coming from. I hate depression so much. I was daydreaming yesterday about how it would feel to wake up happy and not be worried. I just want to be happy.
