I don't want to feel or feel others emotions anymore. That's the only solution to my problems. If I don't feel anything then I can just go about with my life not being affected by anything. I'm done with this shyt.

I think fasting is good for people who aren’t active, but If you’re working out, fasting can make you feel weak and tired.
You're spot on about the exercise part but It's more acclimatization that needs to be built up. So for a fortnight to two months you would feel like crap working out but after that your energy is stable throughout the day no matter what activity you do.

My current limit is 72 hours, but I've heard of people fasting for weeks and feeling fine to walk about and go to work. Their bodies can't be normal.

Yeah your body can certainly adjust and I think it’s a good thing but I don’t think most people with active fitness routines fast for long periods of time. It’s normally for those who are less active. That’s all I was saying. You’ll be cool if you just walk daily or something but if you’re doing HIIT or lifting, fasting is probably a no go, not all day anyway.

Doing my food shoppng for thanksgiving today, so I dont have to fight anyones grandmother in the stores next week.

Only thing I'll have to get next week is some fresh collard greens.
