Six years you should get your eyes checked yearly, miss.

You can buy over the counter non prescribed color contacts from certain beauty stores, mainly a black hair store, but they don't sit as comfortably as a top brand color contact nor do they last as long. They also don't look as natural but if you're going for the circle lens looks they have a lot of good ones that will fit the look you're aiming for. I've even seen some sharigan designed ones.
