Botched my interview

"For the laymen, explain what an IP address is."

20 seconds of me trying to answer it. No, I wasn't rambling, I was silent.

I answer. And proceed to babbling.

Hr Manager "Ah, I think I got it."

I said "Maybe not, sorry."

I don't know what the fukk happened. I wasn't nervous, and I knew what the fukk an IP address was. I just couldn't answer. The tech head was on my wavelength, so we
could talk about whatever, but the HR lady was clearly not bout the geek shyt, so I couldn't swing the way I wanted.

Oh well.

At least you didn't ask your interviewer to set up for the fade afterwards out of embarrassment. It happens bro.

If I saved my money, after paying all my necessities I can have 12k extra by the end of this year...but knowing me and knowing that's how much I'll get I'm going to spend more than half of it on bullshyt and people.

I've screwed up one interview off of pure nerves and the lady showed mercy and offered to schedule a "2nd interview" later that week. Did much better.

Some folks can instinctively sense if you're right for the job and will let you slide or give you another chance.
