true. im trying to walk/jog 3 miles a day.Remember what we talked about regarding walking a mile or two before u start running?
Start with that and jog at your own pace. You will burn calories just by walking or jogging at your own pace.
im trying to do it for a week straight. my weight is holding me back from fully expressing myself. my mind is better but its hard to feel attractive when the one thing that made me feel inferior is still around.

About to say some real shyt concerning people misusing religion and spirituality.
First and foremost, if you're going to do people in dirty, live a foul lifestyle, go about fukking over people, "sinning" and etc without having any remorse or whatever then kicking that Jesus, allah, Buddha, and whatever belief you have, acting all self righteous like you are a saint then youre a fukking fraud. I can respect someone that admits that they aren't perfect, make mistakes, does people dirty, forgiveness, and etc but please don't go kicking that shyt if you aren't living by it, using it to your convenience, or aren't living by it at all or even half way. Can't take people like that seriously. You're misusing that shyt for the wrong purpose. That shyt is supposed to help you be a better person. If you are acting all sorts of fukked up, hurting people and the whole nine and you are passionate about that shyt then you are not using it right. Either get with the program or quit.
It's funny when these fools think they're fooling somebody preaching and the whole nine but they doing everything they aren't supposed to be doing. Then have the nerve to use that shyt and expect people to not call them out or go like "please show me mercy and do what Jesus would do". Naw, I'm an atheist, breh. I'm gonna let whatever you believe in come out and save you or help you out because I won't. Ima let you face the music. You reap what you sow. Id feel sorry for someone who was really about that shyt. I respect that more than the liars and fakes. Don't kick people down, do people in dirty then when you have to face your music or the consequences of your actions, you're saying cast the first stone or mercy mercy me. If you're going to go to hell, then go there with a smile like youre about to go on vacation instead of pleading for mercy like a bytch talking about God don't hesitate to open the gates of heaven for me.
It amazes me how it seems like there are more atheists that ive ran into that seem to be living more "righteous" than these people screaming Jesus, budda, allah and all that theism. Strange if you ask me.
