I did four hill climbs on my bike today. It was an intense workout, I rode 6 miles, there was a head-wind, I was in Oakand traffic, and the amount of calories I burned in the hour it took me equals the amount of calories I burn in four to eight hours. I got home and did fifteen pull ups and ten leg raises.
I feel my conditioning coming back. I'm not going to give away my secrets for free, but I'll say I could still be a athletic trainer.
I fell in love on Telegraph in Oakland traffic. This bytch, I mean bytch as in bad bytch, this bytch was going fifteen miles per hour on her fixed gear while texting. She was splitting lanes the whole time. Then she ran a red light in an intersection. She had ear bud in too. She didn't have her hand on the fukking bike and she literally couldn't stop peddling or she'd be thrown off her bike into traffic.
I cycle fast. I hit 30mph regularly on flat. I split lanes and run lights too. I'm constantly scanning traffic. I hop curbs, islands, and I peddle towards on-coming traffic. I'm a fukking savage. But this bytch! I love her. She gave no fukks! She was filthy too.
When she ran the light I ran it too because I decided to follow the love of my life, hahaha. She noticed me doing all sorts of craziness on my bike. I split a lane, cut into on-coming ttaffic and then back across traffic to make a high speed right turn. I was going like 15-20mph leaning and she smiled at me. Then she did what I did but to make a left turn.
Hahahaha, she's insane. We terrorized traffic for four city blocks. I gotta find her again. That's bae.

I had a co-worker at my job in my old location who everybody who shocked at. They would be like "how are you so pro-Black when you're Indian?" and he always is like "I just believe that this country is so racist against Blacks. I'm Indian, but I'm from Trinidad. We're not like India or here in the US, we don't treat Blacks like shyt. It's not like that over there."
I personally have a hard time believing that, but I can't comment because I'm not from there. Care to comment?
