I thought one of the hyena’s name was Ed?
This is the ONLY Disney movie we’ll probably ever get with a predominately black cast. Irons will be aight
That Disney movie in New Orleans already had a predominantly black cast, the one with the black princess, the princess and frog shyt.
I don't know if be prepared will be the same without Irons dropping that either.

I love Beyoncé but I wanted another black female actress to get a chance and I feel like she'll overshadow the movie.
They better have Simba and Scar scrap for at least 10 minutes in the movie they were legit throwing blows in the OG

Jennifer Hudson or Anika Noni Rose would have been better than Beyonce, but gotta go with the real Dreamgirl. 
Y'all hating her voice is perfect for Nalaat Beyonce in any voice role let alone The Lion King.

Am I the only one who thought Jungle Book was pointless, and Beauty and the Beast was awful? After a few minutes of marvelling in Jungle Book's technology all I could think was "what the hell is the point of this?"
i mean, to make money obviously, but these movies haven't been very good. they're never gonna be close to the original animated movies.

oh and did Nala sing in the Lion King? they're gonna force a bunch of new shytty songs in this now. Some random lady from the street could have voiced Nala for all i care. The only distinct voices in that cast are Rogen - who has done 10 voice acting roles at this point and Billy Eichner, who is gonna be annoying as fukk. Good "casting" but big deal. Donald Glover is cool, but anyone could have been Simba. Anyone.
