AEW can't get proper developmental... because AEW is NXT for NJPW

Once a year the main roster stars will show up to fukk around with the youths, but otherwise the separation is firm and no one is ever as over in developmental as they are on the main show.

Old stars go there to try out alignment changes and gimmick shifts from what they're known for, but rarely put over the up-and-coming generation because 'that doesn't work for me brother'

I think AEW wins more by having Kenny over there promoting a very tough sell for Japanese fans in Wrestle Dynasty, they need all the help they can get with that show and Omega is one of two people that can make some sort of difference.

I don't buy for a second his return to Dynamite will be hurt by him showing up in Japan first.
