We’re supposed to believe Wreddit has insight about Mox leaving if he didn’t get an angle done? There were no reports about it posted around the IWC. Nothing here. :dead:

Guess those people who said he was going to bounce if the angle didn't get done forgot about the fact he signed an extension with the company than runs through the end of 2027.

when mox got the title lashley wasnt even wrestling in AEW and omega was injured .. hangman was feuding with swerve non title then swerve got some time off .. i agree about ospreay im surprised the end game here wasnt ospreay/moxley but they keep focusing on darby who is going away so that doesnt even make sense :manny:
The issues has always been that Mox didn't need to get the title. No one was asking for another Mox title reign. He came back from a little time off with an idea and TK bought into it (like when he did the feud with Punk, lol) and changed plans to adjust to Mox's "big plan". The original idea was Swerve -> Danielson -> Darby. Which would've been miles better than what we got.

Ospreay, Swerve, Hangman, MJF, Lashley, Okada, Omega and Christian could all be AEW champion right now based on how over they are.

Switchblade, Edge, Hobbs, Darby, Pac, Claudio and Takeshyta are probably a tier below them. I lumped some of the guys in this group because of their history with injuries/availability.

If Darby Allin wants to go climb Mt. Everest in some damn daisy dukes, let him. Tony Khan can go with Plan B to find AEW's next World Champion, and the "B" stands for Bobby.

Hot shotting the title on someone, especially when they're not ready to be champion, doesn't make things better.

To me 'Dynamite' was at it's best when they were a combination of good wrestling but also 'Crash TV' elements. Anything could happen. You watch now and you still get good matches but a lot of the programming is just match, another match, backstage interview, another match. It's become very formulaic.

Even if it isn't Hobbs with a surprising win over Mox, they need to do some surprising things to get people talking.

Sure, I agree with that but hot potatoing the title isn't the way to do that.

I was at Pro Wrestling: EVE on Friday night and I'm sure certain people around here will be very concerned to learn they announced Jamie Hayter vs Alex Windsor next month... former AEW champion wrestling for 400 people without an AEW logo in sight. The world might just end right there honestly.

Also Ospreay was running around with a clipboard and tightening turnbuckles between matches - Tony can't be paying him enough* :troll:

It's actually dope to see how much he supports Alex career. :salute:
