It's just bad creative when you book a talent in a way that exposes their flaws. You knew what she was BEFORE you signed her, someone was scouting and watching footage to get her name on a contract so you can't then be surprised when you get exactly what you saw.
It's up to Creative to create the atmosphere for her to thrive, that's what NWA did. They booked her like Deonna in-ring or Awesome Kong as a powerhouse, knowing she lacks those skills. If she was that bad, why sign her?
It all falls back on the people making these decisions. Not everything is a targeted attack.
